Our gas boiler had served us well for about 15 years but was beginning to cause us problems. Stuart came to check it over, identified faults that had arisen since the previous service, and told us what we already knew... that it was time for a new boiler. He provided a very good quote within 48 hours, and once we'd accepted it, he quickly gave us a date for the job to be done, just 2 weeks later. He arrived on time, completed the job in a bit less than the two days that had been allowed, and left us with a boiler and thermostat system that work superbly. And cleared up and cleaned up everything. Cannot recommend more highly

Lyons Property Services did a great job. Our boiler died a few days before Christmas. Stuart came out straight away & tried to fix it but it wasn't worth saving. He was quick to provide an estimate and happy to follow up on any questions that we had. Work was completed quickly and we've had no problem with the boiler thus far. A great job and service.
