Stuart came to check it over, identified faults that had arisen since the previous service, and told us what we already knew... that it was time for a new boiler. He provided a very good quote within 48 hours, and once we'd accepted it, he quickly gave us a date for the job to be done, just 2 weeks later. He arrived on time, completed the job in a bit less than the two days that had been allowed, and left us with a boiler and thermostat system that work superbly. And cleared up and cleaned up everything. Cannot recommend more highly
